Meet your running coach
Who I Am:
I’ve been running for 25 years and have the quads to prove it. I ran DI XC and Track & Field at University of San Diego, have completed 6 marathons and 1 ultramarathon (at Burning Man), captained Ragnar Relay teams across the country, and recently finished first female at the Delaware 10k.
My running roots are the trails of Marin but I live in Brooklyn, where my favorite post-run meal is a breakfast burrito from The West.

How I Coach:
My (other) job as a brand strategist is to talk to and research people; search for cues, spot themes, create a strategy and adapt said strategy. Instead of doing that to create an ad, as a running coach I do it in a far more fulfilling way—to create a healthier and happier runner in you.
I think the most important quality in a coach is listening—I want to take the time to understand who you are as a runner and what makes you tick. I place equal importance on the physical and mental aspects of running; I can make you faster, but I want you to enjoy getting faster. I favor intuitive running over data. I don’t believe in racing in headphones. And, I really really care about you and your running journey.
